HOT RIDES CORNFEST GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

  • Weekend passes must be traded for wristbands at the entrance gates. Wristbands must be worn at all times!! No one will be allowed onto the property without a wristband. Altered bands will be confiscated and entry disallowed.
  • All persons and their belongings will be subject to a security check upon entry.
  • All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages inside the concert grounds must be purchased on site. Any unauthorized containers will be confiscated.
  •  Photo ID is required to get an “over 19” wrist band. The “over 19” wrist band must be worn at all times and photo ID produced if requested, at any time over the weekend. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the “over 19” wrist band. No one under the age of 19 can consume alcohol anywhere on the Laird Raceway site.
  • No glass containers on the grounds, period.
  • No private food or coolers are allowed inside the concert grounds or parking lot.
  • No pets are allowed anywhere on the property. Sorry, no exceptions.
  • No weapons or fireworks permitted anywhere on the property.
  • No video cameras or recording devices allowed inside the concert area. Cell phones are okay.
  •  Persons engaging in violent, obscene or unruly behaviour will be immediately ejected from the concert grounds for the duration of the weekend, and may be subject to arrest. No refunds will be given for tickets. Please report any violations to security or law enforcement.
  • Anyone purchasing a one day ticket will only be allowed onto the festival grounds on the day specified on the ticket. You will not be allowed to enter the day or evening prior.
  • No visitors will be allowed onto the concert grounds, unless they purchase a ticket. No exceptions.
  • All persons attending the Hot Rides Cornfest do so at their own risk. No liability is assumed by the owners, managers, promoters, sponsors or others associated with this event.
  • The Hot Rides Cornfest is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, theft, loss or damage of personal property or personal injury.
  • RAIN or SHINE. In the event of inclement weather the show will be interrupted, and resume again as soon as weather permits. Tickets are sold on a “rain or shine” basis, and no refunds will be given for delays or cancellation due to bad weather.
